maybe because they don't know the artist yet and wanna see if it's worth waiting twice as much for it to be downloaded (especially without a hotfile account). Besides 320kbps isn't bad (for classical music i might consider flac) and doesn't take up that much space. I hope this helps you understand what process goes on in some people's twisted HQ mp3 loving minds ;)
